- You are the only person in the world who can confirm the factual statements made by AI, and the references cited by AI, so you are responsible for using AI to produce an accurate and clear description of your invention
- Today's AI's are known to produce errors, falsehoods, biases, hallucinations and other issues, so you should expect the AI to make a variety of mistakes in its drafts, so you are responsible for identifying these and correcting them
- Many of today's AI's can include inputs with limited lengths, and produce outputs with limited lengths, so as you produce various parts that you judge to be accurate, clear and sufficient, you are the only person in the world who knows your technology and can combine those parts with each other and any other parts you want to include, to draft each filing for your patent attorney to finish and file with the appropriate patent office (s).
Therefore, we are not (1) not practicing law in any way, (2) not your attorney or legal advisor, (3) not assisting you in determining if your patent filings are clear descriptions or accurate representations of your invention, (4) will or will not be approved by any patent examiner or patent office, (4) not writing any part of your patent filing for you, (5) etc.
